High-Pressure Die-casting

Our high-pressure Die-casting workshop is equipped with multiple high-pressure Die-casting machines with clear cycle rhythm, making it suitable for the production of structural parts with higher requirements for density and dimensional stability. The team has long handled complex cooling passages and load-bearing structures of large-displacement cylinder heads, and has mature experience in controlling temperature, pressure and fill speed.

Low-pressure Casting

The low-pressure Die-casting area focuses on stable filling and uniform metal flow, and supports long-term mass production of medium and large housing and pump body parts through 26 low-pressure casting machines. Operators have mature experience in mold temperature, lift rhythm and internal quality consistency, making the internal density and wall thickness uniformity of castings more controllable.

CNC Machining Center

Our CNC machining workshop is equipped with 125 advanced machining centers, focusing on the precision processing of critical dimensions for structural parts. We utilize dedicated fixtures to ensure a stable dimension chain and micron-level accuracy for cylinder heads, housings, and pump bodies. This setup guarantees consistent quality and reliable performance for long-term OEM mass production orders.

CMM Inspection Center

Our quality inspection center is equipped with advanced Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify the geometric precision of complex structural parts. We conduct rigorous checks on key dimensions, position tolerances, and flatness for cylinder heads and housings. This data-driven inspection ensures that every batch meets strict OEM standards with consistent accuracy.

Aluminum Alloy Quenching Furnace

Our heat treatment facility is equipped with specialized quenching and aging furnaces to execute precise T6 heat treatment cycles. We strictly monitor and archive temperature curves and time parameters for every batch. This process significantly enhances the mechanical strength and hardness of aluminum castings, making it essential for high-performance cylinder heads and safety-critical automotive components.

Hanging Shot Blasting Center

Our blank preparation workshop features advanced hanging shot blasting machines designed for the efficient surface treatment of structural parts. This process effectively removes burrs, flash, and oxide layers, creating a clean, uniform matte finish. It ensures that every casting meets strict aesthetic and cleanliness standards before entering the CNC machining or coating stage.

Painting & Powder Coating Workshop

Our surface finishing facility provides specialized industrial painting and powder coating services. We apply durable, corrosion-resistant coatings that meet the strict aesthetic standards of top-tier automotive and equipment brands. Whether for high-temperature engine parts or outdoor protective housings, this process ensures every component is visually flawless and ready for final assembly.

Heat Treatment Workshop

Our heat treatment facility is equipped with 4 sets of advanced processing units to handle rigorous Solution Treatment and Aging (T6) cycles. We focus on enhancing the mechanical properties—such as strength and hardness—of aluminum castings. This workshop ensures that critical components, especially large-displacement cylinder heads, maintain exceptional stability and durability under engine operating conditions.

Core Making Workshop

Equipped with advanced automatic shell core machines, this workshop specializes in producing high-strength coated sand cores. This process is the key to manufacturing complex internal cavities, such as water cooling jackets in cylinder heads and intricate oil passages. We ensure every core possesses a smooth surface and high dimensional precision, guaranteeing the air-tightness and flow efficiency of the final casting.
